Expectations and tasks · Provide first level assessment of receipts and expense reports in compliance to client's subscription and policies and procedures.
· Utilize tools and systems proficiently to process receipts and expense reports.
· Document and recommend necessary corrections and additional requirements to complete the receipts and expense reports in a timely manner.
· Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
· Maintain confidentiality, including, but not limited to, end-user financial information and client policies and procedures.
Education and qualifications / skills and competencies · University degree or attending last year of studies.
· Effective communication and fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
· Care for and have an accurate eye for detail.
· Strive to improve a standard of excellence.
· Excellent organizational skills · Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
