The Role We're actively hiring for a Founding FE Engineer to lead our engineering efforts for our AI products including the Concourse Copilot. We're looking for someone who is extremely passionate about AI and its potential to fundamentally change the way work is done across the enterprise. The right candidate will have extensive experience in developing & maintaining integrations & data models that our AI can query & return. We're building in uncharted waters with new technologies, many unknowns, and a massive ambition – we're looking for someone who is excited about the prospect of joining a high-powered team and tackling the problem space head-on.
Your skills and experience 3+ years working at product/Startup companies or 5+ years of experience Strong frontend experience, working with Typescript building products from 0 to 1. Experience working with frameworks like React and Next.js Passion for high-level code delivery, following best practices, intense testing, and using modern design patterns. Embrace and own large parts of the product and engineering responsibilities. Own the projects and outcomes and have a significant ownership mentality to every project you work on to drive meaningful outcomes Work directly with the CEO, CPO, CTO, and founding engineers and play a key role in building out the team and company culture Nice to have: UX/UI designing experience.
