The Role We're actively hiring for a Founding BE Engineer to lead our engineering efforts for our AI products including the Concourse Copilot. We're looking for someone who is extremely passionate about AI and its potential to fundamentally change the way work is done across the enterprise. The right candidate will have extensive experience in developing & maintaining integrations & data models that our AI can query & return. We're building in uncharted waters with new technologies, many unknowns, and a massive ambition – we're looking for someone who is excited about the prospect of joining a high-powered team and tackling the problem space head-on.
Your skills and experience 5+ years working at product/Startup companies.
Build and maintain backend integrations to key finance data sources (ERPs, banks, CRMs, HRIS, AP/AR platforms, internal databases). Experience integrating with leading platforms / modern finance tech stack a plus (ex: NetSuite, Xero, Quickbooks, SAP, Snowflake, Redshift, Salesforce, Hubspot, Stripe, etc..)
Create, structure, and maintain data models to ensure data accuracy & optimal schema structure of customer data. Keen understanding of ETLs & databases to ensure data is easily readable & manipulated by our AI features & front-end architecture
Infrastructure & dev ops responsibilities to ensure low product latency & optimal infrastructure to scale operations intelligently
Embrace and own large parts of the product and engineering responsibilities. Own the projects and outcomes and have a significant ownership mentality to every project you work on to drive meaningful outcomes
Work directly with the CEO, CPO, CTO, and founding engineers and play a key role in building out the team and company culture
