Job Description Design and support the execution of horizontal well new completions in Unconventional oil and gas assets.

Responsibilities Drive cycle time and cost improvements through KPI tracking and partnering with field operations. Contribute to basin level improvement staircases. Partner with UPU asset team and field personnel to enhance E2E well operations in line with basin objectives. Act as contract holder for new completion tier 3 contracts and effectively implement post award contract management (PACM) strategies. Develop AFEs and track cost against anticipated spend. Actively contribute to HSSE culture while interacting with field personnel and designing completion activities. Conduct RCFAs on operational NPT and implement findings. Maintain team visual management and ensure operations record keeping meets Wells requirements. Dimensions Schedule: Office Based Types of Work Units: Frac, WOR, Coil Tubing, E-line, Snubbing, aux.
completion equipment. Well Environment: Onshore Unconventional Horizontal Wells. High Regulatory/ Landowner Requirements: Yes. Artificial Lift: Gas Lift, Rod Pump, ESPs. Travel to remote locations required. Requirements Advanced in English and Spanish required. Engineering Degree or similar study. RDI Certification/ Diploma Required. IWCF: Yes. Unconventional Well Control Experience. Detailed knowledge of Unconventional completion operations including surface and subsurface SIMOPs. Experience contributing to continuous improvement strategies: VSM, 4DX, Visual Management, staircase execution.
