The Global Alumni Specialist will be part of the CM&T team providing global, operational, and functional support on the "Alumni" team within the Talent structure.
This role interfaces with key contacts (stakeholders, reporting, CIO, and global HR teams) to align the processes to business requirements and determine, develop, and execute innovative solutions to address them.
Additionally, the Global Career Alumni Specialist will work closely with the stakeholders to:
Identify action plans for projects. Provide recommendations for improving processes. Provide regular status updates for all project assignments. Main Tasks/Responsibilities Alumni Scrum support: Data and Analytics
Help analyze and get highlights from the Network Management results. Identify opportunities, gaps, process improvements, etc. Partner with the right stakeholders to optimize information from the survey results. Identify potential actions or initiatives. Value-add: Creates a focused emphasis on the data, which is there today, but little attention. Enables us to tell a part of the story about the success of our Alumni program. Change Management
Keep track and maintain internal sites/contents. Partner with Marketing and Communications to prepare the content for Special Projects. Value-add: Ensures the messaging is consistent across various platforms and communication "vehicles." Employee Experience feedback channels:
Organize approach to gather employee feedback. Run focus groups sessions, conduct employee interviews. Collate the feedback. Value-add: Helps ensure we keep the employee at the forefront of our design decisions and provides the basis for our strategic direction in our programs. Must Have Skills: Proficient organizational and time management skills. Analytical thinking skills. Strong English communication and comprehension skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Excellent customer service. Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize and plan work activities, and solve escalation issues as necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment. Proactive attitude. Nice to Have Skills: Presentation skills (Written, Oral). Microsoft Office. Python or SQL. Workday (preferred). Knowledge of Accenture Application/Collaboration tools: Dashboards, Insight Marketplace reports, Power Bi, Workday, etc. Understanding/Knowledge of general Accenture HR Processes.
