Important Multinational Company is seeking a Communications Specialist for its Shared Services Center in Buenos Aires.
This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture. You will work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align communication initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute communication plans, including leadership messages, change management strategies, and campaigns.
Create a comprehensive Employee Engagement strategy to address engagement and retention drivers.
Partner with the Enterprise Communications team to produce content for websites, social media, and publications.
Coach senior leaders to enhance their communication and engagement efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging across all channels.
Continuously measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovative communication approaches.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on employee engagement and culture building.
Proven ability to design and implement engagement strategies and programs.
Advanced English level (essential).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills, especially with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Knowledge of communication tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in multinational or large corporate environments.
Previous experience in Shared Service Centers is a plus.
