YOUR MISSION We are adding a Communications Manager - PR Community (m/f/d) to our ever-growing Oatly team.
Here's what this person would be doing on a day-to-day basis... A a Communications Manager (m/f/d) you are part of the Communication Public Affairs DACH + PL team, and you will support us in Community Management and PR to implement our communication strategy in Poland and DACH.
In doing so, you will build strong and trusting relationships with our consumers and the press and ensure that our mission and vision are communicated to the world.
As the voice of Oatly, you are aware of the responsibility and impact of our communication.
Not only do you have a genuine passion for world-class customer service, but you are also passionate about PR and know your way around the media landscape as well as social media.
YOUR TASKS You communicate and interact with our global community (via social media, emails, phone and our own platform OatlyFans) and educate consumers about our products and mission.
You master our very own tone of voice in English and Polish You are the main contact person for Polish-speaking press representatives and find creative ways to place Oatly in the press You develop and execute the PR strategy for Poland and manage external service providers such as agencies or freelancers You are our communicative interface to the Polish market and ready to translate the Oatly Tone of Voice into Polish, taking responsibility for several areas - such as complaints management or the creation of press materials You manage and moderate social media while identifying every troll, keeping a cool head through every heated debate, appreciating every love letter and having a quick-witted response to every comment You are excited about identifying trends and growing our community in a new market You are a knowledge manager and enjoy learning the smallest details and information about our products, mission and the company.
You are the point of contact for colleagues from other departments and participate in various company projects YOUR PROFILE You have at least 3 years of professional experience in community management and PR, ideally in the food industry You can write creatively and are a communication genius who is not fazed by anything, always strikes the right note even in stressful situations and does not shy away from complex discussions You are familiar with the Polish media landscape and know who the relevant opinion leaders are on social media You are politically interested, well-informed in the areas of nutritional health and sustainability and bubbling over with creative ideas for PR approaches You work hands-on, structured, and reliable and are self-going You feel connected to our mission and want to work with us to advance human and planetary health and promote transparency and sustainability You speak and write fluently in Polish and English Whether remote work, hybrid model or daily work in the office - everything is possible, as long as you are prepared to travel to attend regular meetings in Warsaw, represent Oatly on different occasions in Poland and take part in our fantastic team events that often take place in Berlin.
