Job TitleCommercial Policy & Pricing Officer - Argentina Job DescriptionThis role is a linking pin between Sales, Marketing and Finance teams in BGs or Markets driving pricing strategies in BGs or Markets, other than custodian of Commercial Policy.
Your role: Develop and implement localized pricing strategies aligned with regional marketing goals.Coordinate pricing targets using insights from stakeholders and market data.Ensure pricing policies are adhered to in quotes and contracts.Optimize pricing execution for product launches and existing portfolios.Use Philips' LEAN and PRIDE methodologies to identify and resolve pricing issues.Analyze pricing KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to sales, marketing, and finance teams.Act as an ambassador for the company's pricing expertise transformation.You're the right fit if: You've acquired significant experience in multinational companies, ideally in MedTech or medical equipment working in pricing strategy, commercial operations, finance, or auditing.Your skills include strong commercial business acumen, project management skills, advanced analytical tools and data visualization tools, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields, proficiency in Excel (SAP preferred) and strong analytical skills. Advanced English is also required.How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
