You will work on strategic projects that require business vision, a sense of ownership and strong relationship skills to engage stakeholders and promote results aligned with the company's future vision. Main Responsibilities:Develop commercial strategies to expand operations in new markets, promoting segment diversification; Lead customer prospecting and build solid and lasting commercial partnerships; Implement structured processes for B2B technical sales, ensuring adherence to customer needs and the company's portfolio; Manage complex negotiations, aligning short and long-term objectives; Establish performance indicators and monitor the achievement of commercial goals; Collaborate with other areas of the company to integrate technical and operational solutions to market demands; Represent the organization at events, fairs and strategic meetings, strengthening its presence in the market. Requirements:Proven experience in commercial management, with national operations and focus on B2B technical sales; History of opening new markets and diversifying segments in industrial or technical environments; Entrepreneurial profile, with a sense of ownership and strategic vision; Ability to lead negotiation processes and manage large accounts.
