Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to lead and expand our operations in Argentina.
This pivotal role requires a strategic leader capable of driving business growth expansion and enhancing profitability across the country.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive growth in the automotive lubricants, industrial lubricants, and other sectors.Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territories, ensuring alignment with Gulf Oil's global objectives.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage the P&L, focusing on both volume growth and EBITDA enhancement.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain constant communication with the General Manager and other managers in the organization and provide detailed monthly business performance reports and presentations to the Global Office.Compliance and Standards: Ensure all operations adhere to Gulf Oil's corporate policies, industry standards, and regional regulatory requirements.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior commercial roles within the lubricants industry /similar auto sector or fast moving consumer goods sector, with a proven track record of driving business growth expansion and profitability.
