Join the superyacht industry and our dynamic team as a Commercial Assistant, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial Team with a variety of administrative duties. Your efforts will ensure the smooth flow of information and follow up on activities throughout the entire commercial functions operations.
Main Duties: Keeping up to date all the information of the Brokers' client portfolios & charter fleet & public information, such as technical details, photos, status, location of central agency yachts.Participate in the Yacht Shows, when required, & open days, with preparation of relevant documentation for each yacht displayed.Assist internal interlocutors, when required.Following up & keeping a record of all enquiries.Reception & general office duties (Log and manage enquiries for all sources: web, phone, email, etc.).Acknowledging & following accurately all the procedures related to contract signing, including gathering documents to comply with due diligence requirements and KYC requirements.Producing periodic reports.Organise yacht inspections when required.Support the Market Intelligence department, to manage Client database and prepare yacht selections and mailings as instructed.Support the Market Intelligence department for any update of information.Prepare draft descriptions for each Central Agency yacht/ Commercial Contracts.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate: Monaco (06): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).Application Question(s): We must fill this position urgently.
