Job Description Key Account Management:
Develop, maintain, and strengthen sustainable relationships with key accounts.Establish best practices for account management and lead contract negotiations.Manage processes and activities related to procurement (bids and budgets).Develop and implement customized commercial strategies for each account, aligned with the company's objectives and specific client needs.Participate in the definition of price increases and customer discount levels, as well as be responsible for obtaining rotation and stock information from key accounts.Market Development:
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new accounts (direct and indirect).Identify and explore new market opportunities.
Sales and Market Analysis:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.Perform detailed tracking and forecasting of sales and adjust strategies as needed.Prepare and present sales reports, performance analyses, and action plans.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other areas such as business units, pricing, customer service, and finance.
Needs Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analyses of client needs and objectives, identifying business opportunities and proposing innovative solutions. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector (desirable)Knowledge in market access and inclusion and local health systems.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market and sales data.Dynamic and proactive profile.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships with clients and internal collaborators.Proactive and results-oriented.Ability to work independently and in a team.University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (desirable).
