Job Summary: Baristas provide White Rhino Coffee guests with an unparalleled guest experience.
They are the hosts of the café and perform every task with top quality.
Daily Tasks and Projects: First point of customer service, greeting and serving customers with a standard of excellenceOperate all barista station including bar, bar-back and POSMaintain bar and café cleanlinessExhibit strong knowledge of our beverage and food menuCreate coffee, tea, and other beverages to order, as well as pastry and Quick Bites items with attention to detail and consistencyJob Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of ageAbility to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week with reliable transportationAbility to attend every monthly staff meetingAbility to comply to punctuality and performance standardsRequired Education, Certification, or Experience: Food handler certification (completed within 30 days of hire)Previous barista or customer service experience is preferredCompensation and Benefits: $7.25-$9.50/hour + $4-$6 tips, based on experienceOpportunity to participate in company benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.)
