ABOUT THIS ROLE Parexel Cloud Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a motivated Cloud Operation Engineer to our global team. Cloud Operations actively engage with customers to identify support issues proactively and reactively such areas as connectivity, infrastructure support within a well-established Azure Environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Respond to queries and issues via ticketing system. Troubleshoot and fix technical faults and issues. Diagnose issues and explain technical details clearly. Ensure all knowledge base documentation is accurate and up to date. Required to participate in out-of-hours activities including On-Call. Ensuring a timely response to end user issues and incidents which are received via Email or the Service desk tools. Actively engaging through communication and all forms of interaction with their end users to understand, troubleshoot and identify issues and resolutions to these issues where possible deploying Azure resources using automation Ensure deployment packages are completed. A seasoned IT professional with experience in providing IT services within the large hybrid Azure Infrastructure eco system.
At least 2+ years' experience in a technical support role. Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure. Experience with scripting/automation technologies (Azure Devops, PowerShell, ARM, YAML, Terraform) Education:
B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree or industry experience. Certification in Azure Administration (AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator) Desirable
