Netrix Global is hiring a Cloud Engineering Technical Lead to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will be responsible for design, control, and manage the technical process and operational integrity of technological services provided by an organization.
You will coordinate technical leads in several projects. Ensures compliance with best practices and solution procedures. Leverages team development. Maintains confidentiality of information (NDA). Collaborates in estimating and design for new projects and potential opportunities.
How You Will Make An ImpactResponsible for the correct follow-up of the projectEnsures compliance with best practices, methodology and proceduresResponsible for the onboarding of new membersProvides guidance and leadership in non-routine tasksMay directly supervise team members and participate in performance evaluationsContributes to hiring decisions during the interview processReports to Manager on progress and deviationsDesign and implement infrastructure in support of Kubernetes in on-prem and cloud environmentsDeploy updates and fixes into a Kubernetes environmentProvide operational technical support and guidanceBuild tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experienceDevelop software to integrate with internal deployment systemsCollaboration with other support, engineering, and development teams to drive sustainable solutionsAttend training sessions for clients who are considering or are already using AWSHelp with troubleshooting during incidents or problems when required as an SMEProvide advice regarding Well-Architected designs throughout the engagementWhat You Will Bring To The Table Actively participates in the kick-off of the project together with the client
Responsible for ensuring the design and technical architecture of the solutionStimulates good practices and quality standardsResponsible for validating technical documentation deliverablesValidates task assignments and estimates made in the different work sprintsAnalyzes and studies technology market trends, new technologiesProposes improvements. Participates in the selection of new talentManages the technical team to solve problems or blocking tasksActively participates in proof of concept, estimation and design for new solutionsAccompanies the technical development of the teamsCollaborates in setting challenging technical objectivesStrong Experience deploying Kubernetes architectures and/or operation solutions based on cloud service providers with AWSStrong Enterprise experience maintaining, supporting, and deploying to production systemsExperience working with infrastructure as a code (Terraform, etc.Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitOpsExperience working in Unix-like environmentsKnowledge of Python, Bash, Golang or other scripting languageExperience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.)Experience working with networking environments, firewalls, policies, etcAdvanced EnglishLocation Buenos Aires, Argentina (Zárate and any location nearby as primarly). Physical Work Environment: Will work primarily remote and at least 1 day at the client site per week.
