Define and build consensus around a clear product vision, strategy and customer/partner experience.Execute brand and visual design in alignment with the updated branding strategy.Build and deliver platforms and architectures that support the long term vision of xPlatform. Requirements:
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Serverless architecture, and CloudFormation/Terraform to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. If you have a passion for automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and optimizing cloud-based systems, we want to hear from you.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services and solutions, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloudformation.
- Solid understanding of serverless architecture concepts and experience with serverless computing on AWS.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably GitHub or GitLab.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail
- Knowledge of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices in cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Preferred:
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (optional).
- Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Contributions to open-source projects or involvement in the tech community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure alignment with application needs.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Develop and maintain serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other related services.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing proactive measures to optimize and enhance cloud infrastructure.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud infrastructure management.
- Document infrastructure architecture, processes, and procedures.
