ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Cloud Delivery Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to delivery completion. The Project Manager works with several internal stakeholders, partners and customers in delivering successful implementations and identifying business problems and use cases across multiple communication technologies including Avaya Cloud Office (ACO), Avaya Experience Platform (AXP) or any other Cloud Solution implemented by the Cloud Delivery team. The Cloud Delivery Project Manager manages different projects simultaneously, providing total project leadership and is directly accountable for the project team's performance. Responsible for planning activities, defining milestones, reserving resources, coordinating with multiple vendors/services providers, coordinating project activities, resource scheduling, contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, and maximization of profitability of project. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinates Cloud Implementations (cloud solution deployments) of company solutions at customer sites.Create and maintain project plans to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.Manages implementation problem resolution with assigned customer accounts.Coordinates interactions between the customer, systems engineering, field process engineering, field service engineering, manufacturing, logistics and 3rd party vendors.Responsible for timely escalation of installation issues to the leaders.Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.ABOUT YOU Requirements: Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is essential. Additional languages are a nice to have.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.At least 4 years of Project Management experience.Experience working in the technology or telecommunication industry.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Time Management and Self-Management skills expected.MS Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) is a must.Team Player.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Experience working with CRM systems and other relevant software tools.Experience working in the technology industry is highly desirable.Previous experience in escalation management or customer support roles.Knowledge of MS Project.Benefits: Opportunities for career growth and development.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Work with a global team.Job Information Job Code: 00178976
