The Shock, Organ Dysfunction and Resuscitation Group at Vall d'Hebron Hospital wants to incorporate into its team one research Clinical Trials Assistant to give support on specific tasks. Education and qualifications: Required: Desired: Required: Specific training and /or experience in administrative management of clinical trials (CTA) and research projects. Good command of MS Office and other computer toolsPersonal skills: well-organised, ability to work responsibly and with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills . Main responsibilities and duties: Provide general administrative support to the clinical team organizing meetings and emails. Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to ethics committees. Proven experience in organizing and coordinating events, particularly those related to academic or research purposes, including fellowship visits, conferences, seminars, and workshops.
