The position
As a Clinical Project Manager at Novo Nordisk Argentina, you will:
Drive clinical trial projects within the country, including planning, coordination, and conduct of project activities.Provide operational and therapeutic expertise to the project, ensuring deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines and in accordance with scientific, quality, and regulatory requirements.Recruit participants for specific trials in the country.Ensure effective communication of all trial/project related issues between headquarters, country office, and other internal/external stakeholders.Act as the project manager for trial management activities, from site selection to post-clinical trial activities.Represent the country in study meetings such as ISG, Monitor meetings, Investigator meetings, and Study Result meetings.Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have:
Bachelor or other degree in Life Sciences or equivalent, e.g. nursing, medical, or other.Experience from a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry or Clinical Research Organization (CRO) is strongly preferred; Demonstrated proficiency in clinical trial monitoring and/or management with a minimum of 5 years.Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including site and vendor selection, clinical trial budgets, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and good clinical practice (GCP).Experience in monitoring progress, resolving operational issues, and ensuring studies are conducted within clinical trial protocols; Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to identify and address issues as they arise.Spanish & English proficiency (written and spoken).About the department Novo Nordisk Argentina is dedicated to promoting changes to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases.
