Responsibilities
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline agency operationsBuild and maintain deep, lasting client relationshipsAct as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring high responsivenessLead bi-weekly check-ins to provide updates, gather feedback, and brainstorm growth strategiesUnderstand clients' businesses and meet their lead-generation expectationsEnsure timely delivery of services and proactively identify and resolve any issuesCreate a referral culture where satisfied clients are eager to share their positive experiencesCollaborate with the team to improve client onboarding, service delivery, and overall client experienceDevelop effective cold email strategiesUnderstand the target audience and segment it effectivelyCraft compelling and concise email copy that captures attention and encourages actionEnsure emails meet inboxing criteria to minimize bounce rates and avoid spam filtersMonitor campaign analytics to ensure optimal deliverability and engagementConduct A/B testing on email variations to determine the best approachIdentify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and client growthMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success and operational efficiencyTrain and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to best practices
Requirements
Experience in client-facing rolesEfficiency in producing significant output with minimal wasted effortStrong work ethic with a track record of working hardAdaptability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and conditionsCommitment to follow through on verbal and written agreementsProactivity in taking initiative and bringing new ideas to the companyHonesty, integrity, and ability to maintain trust and confidenceCoachability and openness to feedbackExperience in project management, client service, or operationsHighly organized and detail-orientedExperience using Clay and SmartLeads preferredPrevious experience working at an agency is a huge plus

Position: Client Operations Manager
Salary Range: $1000 - $2500 USD + Commission
Payment Frequency: Monthly
