We are looking for a Client Lead to be the direct point of contact for our clients with staff augmentation needs for the day-to-day operations.The Client Lead will be providing delivery oversight, account management and a commercial approach of our staff augmentation customers.They must have a solid understanding of the technology industry and staffing practices, as well as, strong project management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Leading new projects from scratch :Negotiate contracts and agreements with the customer and be part of the negotiation process of hired resources with the recruiter.Ensure that terms, conditions and expectations are clearly defined for all parties involved.- Manage the budget of each hired resource and the service as a whole, ensuring that it stays within our established parameters.- Collaborate with the customer to understand their staffing needs and project requirements. Propose the best practices to have a successful staff augmentation service.- Develop a project plan and strategy for the required staff augmentation services, including estimated timelines, resources / profiles allocation and its prioritization according to the customer s needs.- Work in complete liaison with the customer and our recruiters to identify the right talent and skills needed for the customer projects.- Ensure that new resources are onboarded successfully and customers expectations are met.- Maintain accurate records of all administrative tasks, including documentation related to resource allocation and contracts.- Set up billing processes to accurately bill the client for staff augmentation services.Ensure the continuity and evolution of the staff augmentation services :- Manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle,including extensions or terminations as necessary (Customers and hired resources).- Monitor the performance of staff augmentation resources. Conduct regular reviews with customers and hired resources to identify any issues to be solved or new opportunities to attend.- Address any challenges, conflicts, or issues that arise during the staff augmentation services, both from the customer's side and the resources'.- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the customer regarding service status and any changes in its needs.- Gather feedback from both the customer and the staff augmentation resources for future enhancements.- Earn trust and confidence in our service capabilities and contribute to the growth of assigned accounts.- Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and coordinate efforts.- Provide expertise on staff augmentation services and market insights to the sales team.
