ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Answer inbound service calls and assist clients with their needs, whether setting an appointment or answering their questions.Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is being provided as the service contactRespond to emailsResponsible for light filing, data entry and office supportCommunicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external customersQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
