Claims Handler

We are looking for a graduated lawyer with interest in Insurance law and knowledge of civil and/or commercial law, eager to learn and grow professionally.
This position is based at our headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities:Handle administrative regulations related to marine and property claims.Monitor lawsuits from initiation to final resolution, including managing procedural deadlines, preparing legal documents, and providing legal opinions.Develop and implement settlement strategies to optimize outcomes for clients.Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery is maintained.Negotiate settlements with claimants or third parties.Requirements:Minimum of 2 to 5 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field.
