Our client is a leading Latin American AdTech company specialized in automatized services and platforms for the Ecommerce industry, designed with Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities:Develop technical aspects of Adtomic's strategy to ensure alignment with our business goals.Discover and implement new technologies that will support Adtomic's growth while our platforms and solutions scale efficiently.Define and communicate our technology strategy to the team and stakeholders if necessary.Attract and retain the brightest technical talent from diverse backgrounds.Experience:A deep passion for being part of the marketing industry revolution through developing Ad-Tech high-quality products focused on AI and data science.Demonstrated experience in large-scale near real-time data.Ability to inspire and energize others to support our mission of making a positive difference in the ad-tech industry.Solid technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, foresee scalability challenges, and mitigate risks.Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar technical leadership role in a hyper-growth environment.Demonstrated experience in large-scale near real-time data and machine learning.Technical Knowledge: APIs and Microservices – APIs REST.Project management, team-working, and leadership experience.Compensation & Benefits:The company offers a competitive salary, a positive work environment, career development, bonus and commissions, plus training and benefits.
