The Chief of Staff will be a key member of the High Power Charging team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing the company's strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to develop, refine, and execute strategic plans and initiatives that drive the company's growth and successProgram Management: Lead and oversee key projects, programs, and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and resourcesGlobal Coordination and Management: Collaborate effectively with other teams, including outside vendors and consultants, to ensure alignment of strategies, share best practices, and leverage global resources for initiatives. Drive action and accountability across functional groups.Data Analytics, Market Trends, and Insights: Establish and maintain systems for tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and insights to the CEO and executive team. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments, providing strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO, including preparing briefing materials, conducting research, and coordinating meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholdersStrategic Partnerships: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential strategic partnerships and opportunities for collaboration within the EV charging network ecosystem. The estimated US base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 annually for employees based within California & New York. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive bonus programs, comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, 401(K), and paid holidays each calendar year. Individual compensation packages are based on multiple factors such as location, level, role scope, and complexity, as well as additional job-related factors such as skills, experience, and expertise.
