Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support: Assist the CEO and executive team in developing and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness across the organization.
Project Management: Lead and manage special projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive team and staff, ensuring clear communication of priorities and organizational updates.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-up action items.
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Qualifications: Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
