Who we are looking for: We are seeking a Chatbot Designer for a client in the automotive industry in the South American region.
What you'll do: Create effective user experiences in automated chat environments, ensuring smooth and satisfactory interaction for customers.Design conversational interfaces and define intuitive conversation flows.Collaborate closely with the development team to implement solutions that enhance the usability and effectiveness of the bots.Conduct user research to understand their needs and behavior within the bot.Design experiences that align with customer expectations.Design intuitive and appealing chat interfaces, considering the structure of the conversation and ease of use.Establish logical and effective interaction flows, anticipating questions and ensuring coherent responses.Create clear, concise, and user-focused content that aligns with the bot's communication tone.Develop an engaging user journey through effective language and communication.Develop prototypes to visualize and test concepts and functionalities before implementation.Make adjustments based on surveys and feedback from testing.Work with developers and platform experts to ensure the successful implementation of an interface and/or functionality.Conduct user tests to evaluate effectiveness and user experience, making adjustments as needed.Continuously iterate and improve designs.Create clear and comprehensive documentation of the design and interface structure to facilitate team understanding and collaboration.What you'll need: Language: Portuguese (desirable) - English (must).Proven work experience in designing Bot experiences (1-2 years).Bachelor's degree in UX Design or Systems.Knowledge of chatbot development platforms and frameworks.Understanding of NLP technologies and how they apply to creating effective conversational flows.Familiarity with design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Whimsical for interaction design and flows.Basic understanding of HTML is a plus.Understanding how APIs and integrations are used in the context of chatbots.Considerations of security and privacy related to data collection in chatbot environments.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of GPT ChatBot and AI.
