Objective of job
Charging project management role under program management responsible for steering strategic charging topics discussion for RD China and ensuring a smooth strategy communication and execution
Lead cross-carline charging strategic discussion on HW and SW perspective, including but not limited to organizational strategy, localization development, market foresights etc.Lead and manage public charging network and branded charging network project, including but not limited to steering digital project, market foresights, network planning etc.Provide analytical input to steer the charging topics discussion across different functions within MB China and external partners.Make sure efficient execution for strategic decision through effective collaboration and communication with stakeholdersSupport management Charging committee alignment, coordinate among cross-functional stakeholders within RD, PS, marketing and sales colleagues and global counterparts.1. Steer and manage public and branded charging project, coordinate with various stakeholders to ensuring project implementation
2. Lead WP of customer experience of IONCHI, co-create a premium customer journey for MB BEV customers
3. Support the operational work of charging strategic topics, offer creative ideas/input to the content
4. Oversight and keep tracking the milestones of charging project implementation
5. Support organizing charging relevant management meeting and track the status after meeting
Qualifications
Qualification
- University degree in industrial engineering and management, business administration, project management or relevant major
- 5+ years' working experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, program management or a related field
- 3+ years' experience in charging related topic 
- 2+ years project management experience
- Experience with problem-solving and complex stakeholders' management 
- Agile, analytical, good verbal and written English communication skills
- Good PPT and presentation skills
