Job Title: Channel Manager
Job Summary: The Channel Manager is responsible for analyzing, defining, and executing ESET's commercial strategy and distribution chain. The role requires leading various commercial actions to meet sales objectives and plans within the designated territory, positioning ESET solutions for both current and new clients.
Functional Responsibilities and Duties: Manage and act as a commercial link between the Company and the channels, Distributors, and wholesalers regarding renewal processes and new license generation.Advise Partners on issues related to the commercialization of the Company's products.Implement methodologies to increase sales in cooperation with the channel.Define strategies to develop the market in cooperation with the channel.Analyze the portfolio of clients and/or prospects to maximize opportunities in cooperation with the channel.Coordinate events and breakfasts with clients to promote the Company and its products, tracking them to sell ESET security solutions.Generate new contacts and business opportunities, assigning prospects from commercial or marketing actions to different Partners (channels).Participate in meetings with end customers and advise them on products in cooperation with the Partner.Monitor the entire commercial process from prospect generation to sale closure.Formulate ESET commercial policies considering the specific circumstances of each geographical area.Manage channel conflicts regarding prospect allocation.Evaluate issuing discounts or granting promotions to certain channels to gain competitive advantage.Recruit and propose new or strategic channels based on product characteristics.Develop markets for new businesses, considering ESET product features and specific industries.Prepare presentations and materials to promote ESET products.Develop marketing skills regarding ESET solutions' features and operations, staying updated with the latest versions and new products.Act as ESET's spokesperson on company-related issues.Comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company.Integrate ESET Latin America's values into daily decisions and behaviors, making them a pillar of corporate culture.Requirements: Education: Complete university studies in Marketing or similar.
Experience: 5 years working experience in the Commercial Area (services, education, or products) for the Systems Industry.
Knowledge: Experience in managing a CRM system, sales skills and techniques, advanced use of Microsoft Office Package.
Language: English: intermediate.
Personal Characteristics: Active listener, customer- and business-oriented.
Additional Information: Travel: 30% to 50%.
