Job Overview We are looking for a Channel Partner Manager in France to develop and engage with channel partners to build brand awareness, drive revenu and thus to increase market share.
You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners.
You are expected to have solid lead to cash experience to better understand partner's need and the marketing requirement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in channel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven record for building the reseller and distributor network in the region.
Job Responsibilities Recruit new resellers in the region, mostly through reaching out potential partners by in-person visit.
Develop and maintain strong relationship and business with partners, which included both resellers and system integrators.
Introduce Rocware brand and UCC products to our customers and new partners.
Drive and assistant regional marketing activities by following our global marketing strategy.
Analyze the regional market's potential and collect valid product requirements.
Qualifications More than 5 years of experience in channel development or UCC relevant sales Proficient in French and English Relevant industry background like UCC, Video conference, or relevant is a big plus.
Bachelor's degree in business (or Equivalent), Engineering or IT.
On demand travel for maximizing new business opportunities Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and self-motivated character would be the success factor.
