The Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing a mixed profile with skills in change management and service continuity. This role involves the coordination and supervision of the various processes related to continuity and change management.
Job Duties And Responsibilities:Evaluate change log content for status, feasibility and impact.Perform a technical assessment of the Change Management request and document issues and concerns in the change log.Verify that the Change Management creation documentation is complete.Negotiate resolution of any issues or concerns with the Change Management owner.Obtain additional information as required.Maintain a record of approval or rejection of Change Management in the change log, prior to the scheduled date.Ensure impacted parties are informed of changes to be implemented and ensure coordination between teams and areas involved.Monitor the progress of changes at each stage, ensuring that they are being implemented as planned and that deadlines are being met.Continuity Plan and coordinate tests.Knowledge and SkillsSkills:Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Extensive experience working with a variety of technologies and their practical applications to meet business area requirements.Strong organizational skills and proactivity.Results-oriented.Knowledge/Abilities:More than 2 years of experience in the functions described above.Experience with JIRA.Experience using Agile methodologies.Intermediate to advanced level of English (required).Preferred Qualifications and ExperienceDegree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.What We Offer:Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage.Additional days of holidays!Free lunch in the office.Excellent work environment and good collaboration.Free coffee/tea, fruits and snacks from the company.
