The Corporate Functions Finance Manager will work across Finance and with the business to provide financial guidance and support for Accenture's markets, market units, services, industries, geographies and corporate functions. Our FBM function acts as an agile and trusted business partner, offering business insights and identifying key value drivers that will help Accenture achieve our strategy. We also facilitate the execution of core business and financial processes, ensuring strong finance fundamentals in everything we do.
The CFF Manager will have three major objectives:
1) Drive the quarter financial Forecast and close outcomes
2) Execute key financial priorities in the organization – e.g., payroll growth, costs,
profit optimization
Support will focus on non-contract cost trends, chargeability, and financial management as well as a focus on other non-contract cost management.
3) Other responsibilities include sponsorship of standardized reporting, analytics, tools and processes for payroll and non-contract cost management and financial support for offering development and target pricing/costing as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders
- Manage costs, including operational management of non-contract costs, Market Development and Deployed Business Development costs, payroll targets and affordability
- Manage recruiting, staffing, people engagement, pyramid, mix, utilization, cost-to-serve and capacity of service delivery staff to optimize balance between cost and delivery targets
- Prepare materials in support of monthly state of the business reviews, quarterly business reviews, and other leadership meetings with Accenture Leadership
- Liaise with other Corporate Finance shared teams in support of areas of responsibility
- Fosters a collaborative environment across finance and other functions such as HR and Business Operations
- Support Senior Leadership with ad-hoc analysis as required, and in preparation of investment business cases, supporting offering development and target pricing/costing as appropriate
