PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- The purpose of your role is to improve the lives of Healthcare Organizations, Healthcare Professionals, and Patients in North America while achieving our financial targets.
You will accomplish this through the various CloserWork America's services and business units.
MAIN MISSIONS:
- Scale-up: You will initially lead the scale-up of our Workforce Management Consulting and Services (Recruitment), which has already been successfully launched in Canada.
To do so, you will:
Enable, lead, or coordinate the various functions of the group: Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Technology, Human Resources, and other key areas.
You will also engage in hands-on work, such as performing recruitment placements, to gain the best introduction to our work, clients, and sector.
- Develop: You will progressively develop our other groups of Management Consulting and service lines: Financial Services, Marketing Services, Soft Skills Coaching and Training, Mediation and Legal, Operations Consultancy, Business Intelligence and Insights, etc.
We aspire to become change leaders in our healthcare sectors, impacting how healthcare work is delivered for the benefit of Organizations, Professionals, and Patients.
THE TEAM
As a start-up, you will initially work with a small, tight-knit team, including:
- The Founder and Advisors: Providing strategic guidance and support.
- CloserWork Americas Management Team: Collaborating closely with the CFO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Business Intelligence and Data Officer, and Chief Technology Officer.
- Local Business Units Directors: Partnering with directors of our first business units in North America to drive Workforce and Recruitment Initiatives.
- Various freelancers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in Management Consulting, including People/Talent Attraction and Management/Human Capital, or possessing strong Business Leadership experience.
- Willing to start the role in a small structure (early-stage start-up) and carry out hands-on work (e.g., recruitment placements) as part of your initiation.
- Location: You can be based in any country in South, Central, or North America.
- Experience from international companies, Start-Ups, Scale-Ups, or Management Consulting firms such as Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, PwC, EY (Ernst & Young), KPMG, McKinsey & Company, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, Korn Ferry, Mercer, Aon, GE Healthcare, Egon Zehnder, Palladium, etc.
- Minimum Education: University degree.
- 10 years of experience.
- Languages: English.
- Knowledge: Management, Project Management.
