Description Objective of job
To support a sustainable implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), Anti-trust, Corporate Audit (CA) coordination, risk management, RD policy and the other governance functions in GRC/RD&PS.
Antitrust Governance implementation
• Ensure the readiness of Antitrust Governance working package and prepare communication materials for BU implementation.
• Provide Antitrust guidance and consultation to BUs.
• Review and maintain Antitrust working instruction where necessary.
• Supervise Antitrust implementation via sample check and prepare management reports.Quality Management System Governance & Corporate Audit Coordination
• Provide expertise in auditing standards, performance criteria and audit requirements.
• Develop audit programs (checklist) to standardize audit procedures and methods.
• Develop paper documentation and audit reports for quality assurance purposes.
• Develop appropriate, practical audit results and action plans for value efficiency and effectiveness improvement.
• Ensure sufficient follow-up to remind the responsible BUs to implement the improvement measures accordingly before the due day.
• Establish appropriate communication channels with BU and respond to their feedback for improvement.Risk Management and RD Policy Governance
• Support process standard implementation in cooperation with BU management and relevant functions.
• Coordinate relevant trainings to meet the training demands from BUs.
• Support the implementation of relevant and appropriate control activities.
• Ensure Antitrust/QMS/Policy Compliance in terms of risk management process.
• Work closely with GRC ICS and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure Policy communication and implementation within RD.Assist in other assignments as needed.Qualifications Education
• Bachelor's degree in Vehicle Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience/Specific Knowledge
• Proven profound knowledge/expertise of QMS/Antitrust/Audit in an automotive company; certified auditor is a plus.
• 3+ years relevant working experience in the areas of automotive industry, audit, risk management or related client service, project management or consultancy.
• Rich experience in well preparation and responding to internal or external audit.
• Good knowledge of international cultural and business aspects in China; logical thinker and attention to details.
• Operate with a holistic view, taking into account areas beyond your own scope of work.
• Target oriented and persistent with ability to anticipate needs.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a good team player.
• Good criteria combined with the ability to represent compliance and ethics both internally and externally.
• Strong resilience from pressure and eager to win by taking challenges.
• Eager to learn and have the capability to learn new things quickly.
• Open-minded and willing to share know-how within the team.
• Very good command of English and Chinese, both in speaking and writing; German is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office skills such as Excel, PPT, etc.
