Your role as a Category Manager will see you being responsible for creating and managing our range of product assortments in-store and online.
You will focus on the consumer, their needs and how they shop our brands.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing, our talented sales, marketing, business analyst and comms teams you will maximise our brand sales in-store and online through assortment management, engaging POS and stands for our consumer's shopping journey.
You will be responsible for the whole product lifecycle of the brand, and through detailed analysis, you will create insights to form merchandising and assortments strategies which maximise the return on range.
You will design and develop permanent store fixtures, and in-store POS which will excite and entice our shopper.
You'll be working with exciting, market-leading brands, as well as leading Retail Partners across Europe.

Key Responsibilities Creation ongoing management of all permanent product assortments Creating insights from sales market data, resulting in strategic range decisions including delisted SKU proposals and New SKU introductions Develop pricing strategies for assortments, considering competitive set whilst maximizing sales and profit aligned to KPIs Working in alignment with our purchasing team, forecasting stock for effective stock management of active and discontinued SKUs.
Design and development of all in-store permanent stands to optimize the brand in-store and support the consumer shopping experience Accountable for Brand PL across the permanent assortment Analyse market dynamics, trends and track competitor' activity (e.g.
NPD, promos, marketing activities including digital/social media).
Make interpretations and form recommendations to feed into future plans Support our ambitious growth agenda across traditional retail e-commerce, and work closely with key brick click retailers and build expertise in this area to internally champion our digital marketing shopper strategy Work alongside the Sales Team to drive sales according to the retailer specific Trade Marketing Plans.
Assist and participate at internal and external company events To remain abreast of industry trends, digital developments and feed in new thinking Creation and delivery of marketing materials content, particularly producing effective point-of-sale material to drive brand/category/product awareness To be the team expert on retailer activation guidelines/requirements for key customer POS / secondary siting, best practices and developments Create presentations to both the internal Sales Team and external parties to drive revenue growth for NPD Skills and Experience You will have experience in a previous category management or buying role, ideally within the cosmetics / beauty.
You will have to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where hard work, determination and resilience are key.
Excellent organisational and planning skills Ability to effectively influence others, customers, colleagues and team members, Great verbal and written skills, with the confidence to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders A passion for the beauty You must enjoy working with numbers and be used to a large number of SKUs, working with Microsoft Excel as well as PowerPoint.
Some international travel is required.
