What you'll do 1) Lead transactional task and activities according to Cash Collections standard processes.
2) Lead the preparation of reports, documentation, and month-end-delivery for internal and external purposes.
3) Ensure that the processes and the internal controls are SOX compliant
4) Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and search for business process reengineering
5) Leverage local network and stay up to date with local regulations. Provide view on local regulations business practice and cultural context to the rest of the team and stakeholders.
6) Responsible for solving escalations, de-escalations and problem prevention
7) Support business cases from MU perspective (DC, billings, reserve calls, CFO Case Council, etc).
8) Create a positive relation and cooperation with stakeholders.
9) Lead team to ensure task are completed in a timely manner and accurate by leveraging finance functions.
What you bring English and Portuguese fluent speaker College degree in finance At least 3 years' experience in finance Preferably experience on team leading Experience with Shared Service Centre Excellent understanding of Collections processes and operations SAP System knowledge (ERP, CRM, CMS), Portal, Dashboard Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Customer focus Business Acumen Innovative thinking Strong analytical skills Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment. Know how to effectively deploy knowledge and skills in collaboration with others with a view to realizing the corporate goals.
