What you'll do Lead transactional tasks and activities according to Cash Collections standard processes.Lead the preparation of reports, documentation, and month-end delivery for internal and external purposes.Ensure that the processes and the internal controls are SOX compliant.Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and search for business process reengineering.Leverage local network and stay up to date with local regulations. Provide insights on local regulations, business practices, and cultural context to the rest of the team and stakeholders.Responsible for solving escalations, de-escalations, and problem prevention.Support business cases from MU perspective (DC, billings, reserve calls, CFO Case Council, etc.).Create positive relationships and cooperation with stakeholders.Lead team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and accurately by leveraging finance functions. What you bring English and Portuguese fluent speaker.At least 3 years' experience in finance.Preferably experience in team leading.Experience with Shared Service Centre.Excellent understanding of Collections processes and operations.SAP System knowledge (ERP, CRM, CMS), Portal, Dashboard, and advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Business Acumen.Innovative thinking.Strong analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment.Know how to effectively deploy knowledge and skills in collaboration with others to realize corporate goals.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Planning and organizing abilities.Ability to work in virtual teams.Meet your team The Cash collections organization aims to drive SAP's market capitalization by providing best-in-class services and pursuing answers to customers' problems that lead to timely and accurate payments.
