As Carpenter, you will be performing duties installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim, or hardware, using carpenter's hand and power tools.
The duties include using tools, and cleaning the work area and equipment.

Responsibilities:Installing foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.Fitting and installing window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter's level, plum bob, and laser levels.Erecting scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.Studying specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layouts and determine dimensions and materials required.Shaping and cutting materials to specific measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.Requirements: High School Diploma is a plus.Hands-on experience in building and installing wall and column forms.Substantial knowledge of establishing structural deck forms.Proficient in running related hand and power tools.Able to envision all steps in assigned tasks.Proven ability to read blueprints.Highly skilled in installing form footings.Thorough understanding of building layout.Strong work ethic with demonstrated high standards of integrity and professionalism.Mathematical skills are an essential area that you will need to excel in.Follows OSHA rules and regulations.Following established safety rules, regulations, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.3 years of experience in commercial construction carpentry preferred.Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation (OSHA 30 HRS is a plus).High standard of integrity and professionalism.AIREKO is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
