As a Remote Candidate Sourcing Assistant, your mission is to engage with potential candidates and guide them through our application process. Your efforts will ensure we have a robust pipeline of talent ready to meet the needs of our clients.

What You'll Do:

Engage and Inspire: Use platforms like Snaphunt.com, Onlinejobs.ph,
and LinkedIn to find and message potential candidates, encouraging them to apply.

Support and Guide: Answer any questions candidates have about the application process, providing clear and helpful information.

Build the Pipeline: Follow up with candidates to ensure they complete the application, maintaining an organized and efficient process.

Collaborate: Work closely with our recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.

Ideal Profile

What You Bring:

- Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Snaphunt.com, Onlinejobs.ph, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
