PURPOSE OF POSITION

Be part of a global HR Operations transformation at a truly multicultural company (24 countries). Learn something new every day while providing excellent support to HR teams and management globally and become an expert for our SuccessFactors modules and global compensation processes. Help them to get the most and the best out of the global HR systems with cooperation of the Global Process Owners, Global SuccessFactors SMEs and System Owner.

KEY RESULT AREAS Compensation & Benefits Plan and execute the Annual salary review in d.PEOPLE system for top management and corporate staff, and include wider groups as needed Use job evaluations to support in salary setting based on market data Responsible to execute the yearly Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP) process, including calculations, communications to managers and HR and creation of letters Maintain and update cash based Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Prepare cost calculations for C&B programs Update and maintain employment agreement templates Participate in fair pay and pay transparency initiatives Coordinate global employee transfers Ensure benefit programs such as pensions and staff related insurances are appropriate Support country HR and management within C&B area HRIS - SuccessFactors: Serve as the 2nd level point of contact for SuccessFactors system needs and resolve issues with local HR Admins and Service Center Team Provide support to country HR team regarding large data modifications- business as usual and ad hoc mass data uploads Support countries to increase their data accuracy Manage global HR reporting requests and global process related reporting Develop reports and support country and global KPI processes Support the implementation of new SuccessFactors features, system updates and user tests Suggest and investigate new changes Gather HR data and/or HR process information from multiple sources and consolidate, analyse it Document old and new processes and workflows Prepare training materials for Admins and Employees Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, HR, IT or similar Experience: Extreme attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced MS Excel skills Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and client service skills Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn with a strong sense of accountability Comfortable working with cross border teams in a virtual environment Admin experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central A few years experience in managing or administrating C&B related processes such as salary setting, bonus, long term incentives, pensions, insurances etc Experience from job evaluation system, preferably Mercer IPE Basic understanding of cost reporting Basic understanding of labour law principles Languages: Fluent Business English
