We (Torre) are helping Integra IT find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Bussines Development CRO (Clinical Research).

Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate: You have 3+ years of experience in clinical software sales.You are expert in B2B sales, business development, business development, and clinical research.English - Fully fluent. Responsibilities and more: Requirements: 6 years of experience in the commercial area with minimum of 4 years developing businesses and managing the commercial area in a CRO (Contract Research Organizations), research sites, or clinical trial software vendors.Experience in CRO (Contract Research Organizations) or research sites mandatory.Professional academic level.Spanish language skills are preferred. Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner in business growth.Manage the sales process following Integra's CRM workflow, which includes conducting demos, presentations, quotations, proposals, negotiations, and contract signing.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas and targets.Prospect and qualify potential clients through industry research, networking, and cold calling.
Compensation: 100K - 160K per year. Negotiable.
