This role has threedistinct focuses for success : - Delivery : Partner with Product andTech to think through and plan solutions.
Leverage Agiledevelopment processes to break down requests into manageable work,ensure readiness for execution, and enable the team to deliver onits commitments through project management of risks anddependencies.
Continuously suggest and drive improvements toend-to-end processes, including deployment and A / B testing tacticsto ensure hypotheses can be validated.
Lead and controlcommunication to mitigate distractions for engineers and technologymanagers.
- Cross-Team Coordination : Build and maintainpartnerships with cross functional teams, especially those thatcontrol where ads appear on our search results and home detailpages.
Through collaboration with theirs and our leadership,coordinate and prioritize initiatives that achieve the team'sstrategic goals.
Additionally, this role will interface andoptimize engagements with external suppliers. - Program Analysis : Actively review program volatility, health and operationalexcellence.
This includes ensuring performance, uptime and businesscontinuity for assigned products. By using data, lead theidentification and triage of bugs and issues.
Assess viability ofA / B tests and support Product in their analysis of the results.Facilitate clear communication channels for collaborators to graspthe results and impact of work managed within the technicalprogram.
Receive feedback on how things are working and applylearnings to continuously improve. This role has been categorizedas a teleworker position.
Teleworkers do not have a permanentcorporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physicallocation of their choice which must be identified to the Company.
Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in MexicoCity, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-officeevents.

Who you are - A top-tiertechnical program or product manager who has led a team of 5+ fullstack software engineers using agile / scrum methodology for at least6 years.
Mobile app iOS experience is a plus.
- Experienced withadvertising and ad technology (i.e. Google Ad Manager, Facebook AdManager, DMPs, SSPs, Prebid), and have led advertising relatedinitiatives or operations for at least 3 years.
Excellentproblem-solving skills with the ability to lead and prioritizedifferent projects with little supervision - Very comfortableanalyzing large data sets and deriving accurate conclusions.
SQLknowledge is a plus. - Know how to structure data to measure testresults and efficiently produce insights - History of takingownership to make processes more efficient and effective - Haveinterpersonal communication skills that are effective at buildingtrusted technical and non-technical relationships, including withexecutives - Flexible in working with teams, knowing that not allteams work in the same way - Strong interest in advertising,development,
