Your tasks In your role, you will be part of the senior management and will be responsible for the business area, the Business Stream Car After-Sales, both disciplinarily and financially from a business perspective.
You will drive the #TechTransformation within Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation and also focus on the further development of the global after-sales landscape of Mercedes-Benz AG .
Together with your team, the Global Customer Services & Parts division and the relevant IT departments of Mercedes-Benz AG , you will shape the future after- sales strategy .
You will be responsible for the expansion and realignment of the business stream in line with the Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation strategy and win new projects and products for the Car After-Sales business unit .
Together with the respective process and system managers at Mercedes-Benz AG , you will develop suitable cooperation models, clarify the common strategic orientation and objectives , and create an overall picture for the organization that can be reached by consensus.
In addition to leading the Car-After Sales business stream, you will be actively involved within Mercedes-Benz AG and in the global tech community to drive the transformation of Mercedes-Benz AG into a software company.
You will be significantly involved in internationalization and promote the expansion of international teams in the development hubs in the Home of Tech network .
As a member of decision-making bodies and boards, you represent Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation within Mercedes-Benz AG and are involved in forward-looking technology decisions.
Your profile You have a degree in a technical course of study or a comparable qualification.
Your passion lies in creating motivating and meaningful conditions and inspiring and advancing your environment with a modern understanding of leadership , the will to succeed and an open personality.
You have an excellent understanding of the after- sales strategy of Mercedes-Benz as well as several years of management experience in the field of after-sales of modern organizations .
Your strengths lie in relationship building, network maintenance and the convincing presentation of future-oriented after-sales relevant technical contexts and solutions.
You are characterized by a high degree of flexibility, resilience and commitment in a highly dynamic environment.
You communicate routinely at all management levels and understand the needs of different target groups, also in international cooperation.
You have in-depth knowledge of the business fundamentals of business management.
The role of Stream Lead (m/f/d) requires a certain degree of willingness to travel, especially to our tech hubs in Malaysia, Turkey, Spain and India, among others.
We require fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
