ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYSeeking a Business Analyst within the Revenue Office organization. The role of the Business Analyst will be to provide analysis and tracking of sales data through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis to share insights and ensure understanding of key metrics within the business. Uses data to highlight key organization trends and collaborate with businesses to identify causes, behaviors, and potential interventions/solutions. Utilizes advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Supports the development of ad-hoc and automated reports and dashboards to track sales and the company's initiatives. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Determines customer requirements and translates requirements into reports/dashboards for analysis.
ABOUT YOU• Proven experience in Data or Business Analyst roles.
• Proven experience in executing business analysis, generating reports, and supporting materials, including the integration of multiple analyses to provide a balanced assessment and special analysis to meet the needs of clients.
• Must be fluent in English (written and oral).

• Proactively acts to understand client needs and offers assistance even when not asked.
• Enjoy working with Data and be always anxious to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication skills to help stakeholders understand key metrics, trends, and data on dashboards.

• Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement enhancements.
• Strong expertise and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX is a plus.
• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Data Modeling and Data transformation skills are a plus.
Minimum Requirements• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Data certifications or courses/workshops are a plus.
