• Ensure all supportedBI environments, Reports, Dashboards and Data Models are working accurately and as expected, that process and technology documentation is complete and accurate, and that appropriate disaster recovery procedures are developed and maintained for relevance.
• Manage departmental resources and systems to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. Ensure that a proper control structure and escalation path is in place, and is being followed and monitored.
• Enforce governance and provide stewardship for supported environments, reports, Dashboards and data models.
• Perform pro-active and as requested audits or reviews. Communicate issues and progress to management and customers as needed.
• Provide rapid corrective response and action to resolve disruptive incidents.
• Ensure the communication of incident status to appropriate management, staff and user personnel.
