Business Development Service Center Representative

Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert is an independently and family owned and operated dealership serving the Gilbert area. With our state of the art facility and successful sales and service team, we need motivated and driven individuals to join our team!
Applicants with automotive BDC experience is a plus.
Hours are Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.
WHAT WE OFFER: Paid TrainingBenefitsPromotes from withinRESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for inbound calls and making outbound follow-up calls to recent service customersAssist with internet email leads and internet phone leads for service departmentBe available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken mannerPrepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes)Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internetCheck email frequently and respond to inquiries immediatelyREQUIREMENTS: Good verbal and written communication skillsAble to handle objections over the phoneCall center experience preferred but we will train the right candidateTime management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are requiredSelf-motivated and goal orientedMust work well within a team environmentFamiliar and comfortable using a computer, Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new computer applicationsMust be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
