We are a boutique, US-based firm specializing in providing leadership development solutions to organizations. We are located on the west coast in the Pacific time zone.
The following are the responsibilities for the role. We prefer a candidate that is familiar with the tools mentioned below.
Time Commitment: 8 hours a day/ 40 hours a week/ 160 hours a month
We will need someone who can be available Monday through Friday primarily during Pacific work hours to manage clients' needs.
Salary: $1500 / month USD to be paid bi-monthly
Lead Generation and Sales Use instantly.ai (or other tools) to research leads to import to Zoho CRM (MANDATORY) Manage email and phone call sales funnel to prospective, current and past clients Use outreach scripts and templates provided, track performance and revise as needed Use LinkedIn to send invites to connect with prospects and follow LinkedIn funnel Using Speaker opportunity lead list- import and tag opportunities in Zoho CRM Research other speaking opportunities at conferences or with associations and keep track of planning cycle to reach out at appropriate time Research comp speakers for competitive intelligence for speaking opportunities Call target list and follow up as per funnel documenting call notes and tasks in CRM Direct prospects/targets through sales process to discovery call with CEO Track and report outreach data and other relevant KPIs Customer Support Once the sale moves to proposal, collaborate with VA (who will prepare the proposal) Once the sale moves to contract, collaborate with VA (who will prepare the contract) Track the process to close and follow up as needed or flag team for follow up Support the client onboarding process and any misc. client requests Systems and Operations Support Communicate with the team using project management system (Zoho Asana) Support Business Manager in documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to your role Participate in weekly team meetings held on Mondays If you enjoy a fast-paced environment that celebrates continuous learning and development, we would love to meet you!
