Business Development Representative (24BDR02E) Business Development Representative (24BDR02E)Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to focus on outreach, prospecting, connecting and generating qualified leads.
Your goal will be to expand Eureka's customer base and build a healthy revenue pipeline for the company, targeting North American (USA and Canada) markets. In this role, you will also have an opportunity to refine our go-to-market scripts.
The successful candidate must have the relevant native language abilities to interact with the English-speaking market.
Responsibilities Expanding outreach and building our pipeline with high quality prospects. Setting up introductory meetings with target influencers and key decisions makers. Developing innovative approaches for outbound outreach - phone, text, social - to discover ideal prospects. Nurture and qualify customers to showcase product demos & learn pain points. Maintain pipeline data and account information in CRM. Develop corporate leads through Cold Email Sequences, Database Generation, Social Selling and other Outbound strategies. Collaborate with market research. Ideating and implementing ways to expand sales in the defined regions. Collaborate on the execution of a lead generation plan from a vertical and regional prioritization perspective. Qualify leads that come through our website and other inbound channels. Work with the marketing team to generate leads and explore the opportunities that come from campaigns. Identify the needs of prospects / clients and suggest appropriate services. Report results. Collaborate in the creation of content for social networks and useful material for clients. Experience & Qualifications Strong work ethic, motivation and desire to continually learn and grow. Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills. Able to assess performance both qualitatively and analytically. Have ambition and hustle with a learning mindset Ability to connect with people deeply Be a creative and proactive problem solver in identifying areas for improvement or change. Have an excellent level of verbal and written communication in Spanish and English. BA/BS, or equivalent educational or professional experience. Prior experience as Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR) or Account Executive (AE) Experience in selling Software Development services. SaaS and e-commerce platforms experience is a plus. Possess at least 2 years of experience with SDR tools. Have a strong track record of performance in sales or goal-oriented environments. Experience using Salesforce, hubspot or other CRM tools. Experience using excel and marketing automation tools
