Dynamic individual responsible for meeting Individual clients, Corporates, Purchase/Project Managers, Business Owners, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Consultants to understand their business needs in home/Commercial interiors and present our client to them with suitable solutions and convert them into clients for revenue generation. Experience : Overall 5-7 years experience in sales, business developments and client relationships. 3-4 years experience in Home OR Commercial Interiors . In-depth understanding of the trade and should have worked in the area of territory for revenue generation. Responsibility deliverable: Revenue targets need to be understood and make a road map for achieving sales and revenues. Business development using the general online tools like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook etc, Field Survey, own contacts, old clients etc but not limited to. Setting up Meetings with customers and proposing them with solutions and commercial offers. o Pre-Sales, Business development, Sales Conversion, Revenue Generation. Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into higher position. Revenue generated per month- 10 x salary Setting up and doing Sales Meetings with customers Sales calls to the the decision-makers of the target customer to set up Sales Meetings or Sales conversions & Revenue generation. Preparing for meetings via structured research about the target client. Meeting at least 6-7 new/existing decision makers of the target customer on a weekly basis. o Having effective sales meeting in order to: · Understand the current NDP of the customer · Position the company as the best choice for the client · Create presentation based on client NDP · Making commercial offer as per client requirements with complete specifications. . Co-ordination Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the operations team from contract to the life cycle of the customer. Coordinate with project execution team.
