We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager with a solid network in the region to successfully develop our B2B Fintech business in LATAM.
The successful candidate will have strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to establish meaningful relationships with C-level executives and company founders that lead to closing large strategic deals.
The Business Development Manager will be fully responsible for prospecting leads, activating their network, and creating business connections. An in-house SDR will assist to ensure capability to make cold calls, prospect, build pipeline, and set meetings.

You should come prepared with: Deep knowledge of the Fintech or e-commerce industry with 8+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development roles.Self-starter and strategic thinker who proactively seeks ways to improve and drive business to the next level.
